Lisa Remey     MEd, LPC-S, RPT-S, NCC


Lisa Remey is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and National Certified Counselor. In addition, she was a military spouse of 23 years coping with 7 deployments and 13 moves, understands first hand difficulties that occur in various stages of parenting.

Lisa had calling to be a children’s counselor during college and has continued her career path since. Her counseling experiences over a span of two decades have ranged from using play therapy as a social worker, school counselor, in private practice, as well as creating a program for disaster counseling.  In addition, she is a contributing author and publisher of Lion's Pride: A Tail of Deployment, Bronze Medal winner from Military Writers Society of America, and Lion's Pride On the Move.  She has also enjoyed presenting on at conferences nationally and internationally and with appearances on Army Wife Network Talk Radio, American Warrior Radio, developing and co-leading programs for military kids.
